Intern for Richemont

Main responsibilities:
  • Sign up new contractors, initiate and follow-up payments, prepare necessary reports and ensure paperwork is done according to latest accounting requirements
  • Assist in organization of customers events in Moscow and abroad (tickets, agenda coordination, follow up with boutiques)
  • Support and coordinate internal and external trainings ( conference rooms bookings, agenda, snacks&lunches, handouts preparation)
  • Assist with analytics (boutiques assortment, stocks and etc.)
  • Support boutiques in daily operations
  • Take part in presentations preparation
  • Cooperate with other Richemont departments to ship necessary materials to the boutiques
  • Follow-up with involved contractors on the correct and timely execution of the services/production
  • Ad-hoc tasks

  • Higher education 
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of commercial team assistance, coordination, sales analysis etc.
  • Analytical type of mind, accuracy, attention to details, ability to work in multi-task environment, team player
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Fluent Russian, fluent English

Other conditions:
  • Paid internship (fix salary 50K RUR Gross, meal allowance, medical insurance)
  • Full time
  • Fixed-term employment contract starting from March 1st 2022 for 1 year with possible prolongation
