ICEF Welcome meeting was conducted

Every year ICEF awards the best students with trips to the London School of Economics Summer School. Recently, ICEF approved the final ratings of students for the 2020-2021 academic year. According to the results of the rating, Bakhmutsky Andrey and Atovmyan Polina turned out to be the best students for the 1st year (1st and 2nd places in the final rating of students for the 1st year, respectively).

Also, on October 6, as part of the ICEF Academia Welcome meeting (link to the event report), the winners of the ICEF Academia were announced.
The best students of ICEF Academia at the end of the 2020-2021 academic year were:

Andrey Bakhmutsky, 1 year
Daniil Serdyuk, 1 year
Polina Busheva, 1 year
Vladimir Averin, 2 year
Stepan Sannikov, 2 year

*at the 20-21 academic year
Vladimir and Stepan are not only the winners of ICEF Academia, but also the best students at the end of the 2nd year - 1st place and 2nd place in the rating for 20-21 academic years.

Five students - Andrey Bakhmutsky, Polina Atovmyan, Daniil Serdyuk, Polina Busheva, Stepan Sannikov - will go to the LSE Summer School at the expense of ICEF funds in the summer of 2022. Given the difficult epidemiological situation, the students will have the opportunity to study at the LSE Summer School in a distance format. Vladimir Averin has already traveled to the LSE Summer School at the expense of ICEF in the summer of 2021 as the best student at the end of the 1st year in the 19-20 academic year.
