Analyst M&A for Novus Capital

Novus Capital specializes in M&A advisory for mid-market transactions (10-200 USDm) in Russia, the CIS and the Baltic States, as well as raising capital (from 1 USDm) for venture stage companies from VC/PE funds and high net worth individuals. We are market leaders in the pharmaceutical sector, have strong positions in technology sector, cover other sectors on a regular basis. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of analytical materials
Preparation of commercial proposals
Preparation of teasers and information memorandums
Preparation of financial models
Assistance in due diligence
Participation in negotiations

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of experience in M&A, valuation or due diligence in BIG4 companies, investment banks or M&A advisory boutiques
Higher Education in Economics or Finance in top Russian (HSE, NES, MSU, FU, MGIMO are preferred) and foreign universities
Excellent analytical skills
Proactive approach
Fluent English
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
