Early Career Trainee for General Electric

Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Driving operational excellence on the service delivery processes under responsibility, focused on customer needs, process standards, quality and productivity
  • Being part of SMax deployment team, supporting transition, working on data validation, clean up and loading
  • Driving FMI execution programs
  • Driving data analysis and business case development for key projects
  • Developing productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of service
  • Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on daily basis
  • Ensuring compliance to quality and regulatory requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience on statistical and/or data management tools
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction
  • Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency in English
